Shuttle Run Training
In this 1- hour session we will focus on training for the aerobic shuttle run component of the PURSUIT/RESTRAINT CIRCUIT. In this SMALL GROUP SESSION (Maximum of 10), you will complete the following:
- Chance to try the shuttle run
- During a rest period, we will discuss how you should train for the shuttle run at home and at the gym.
- There will also be a session on the TREADMILL
- Followed by a group session back on the gym floor doing the shuttle run
After you have completed this training session you will understand your ability on the shuttle run, how to train for the aerobic shuttle run component of the PURSUIT/RESTRAINT CIRCUIT and finally you will get some direction on the additional training you may require.
