PREP 1:1 Personal Training is a fully customized coaching experience designed to accelerate your progress and eliminate guesswork. Instead of following a general program, every aspect of your training is tailored specifically to you—your current fitness level, strengths, limitations, and timeline.

You’ll work directly with a coach who guides you through each component of the PREP test, providing real-time feedback, technique correction, pacing strategies, and structured training with progressions to help you improve efficiently and safely.

Each client receives a one-on-one training that evolves as you progress. Sessions may include a combination of in-person strength conditioning and cardiovascular training, in alignment with PREP standards.

Between sessions, you’ll have access to clear weekly programming, so you always know exactly what to do and how to do it.

This is ideal for individuals who want hands-on coaching, accountability, and faster, more targeted results compared to self-guided training.
